Returns policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you. You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

For starting your return, please connect with us at info@freshmonster.com. Please provide your order number and specify items that you would like to return. We also appreciate any feedback you might have for us, as we are always looking to improve.

Please note that we are not able to refund your original shipping charges. All returns must be shipped to us at your own expense. If you are shipping items over $50 in value, we strongly encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that the return will be received.

Once the return is received, you will receive a credit that will be automatically applied to your original method of payment in the amount that you paid. Please allow 10-14 business days for Fresh Monster to refund your account upon receipt.
