Please note that we are not able to refund your original shipping charges. All returns must be shipped to us at your own expense. If you are shipping items over $50 in value, we strongly encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that the return will be received.
Once the return is received, you will receive a credit that will be automatically applied to your original method of payment in the amount that you paid. Please allow 10-14 business days for Fresh Monster to refund your account upon receipt.
